Corporate wellness programs are available for small-to-mid-sized companies with 200 employees or less. Developing a custom wellness program for your employees has been shown to lower health care costs, improve employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, increase morale, and educate staff. 

Below are the programs we currently offer, but we can also work with you to develop a specific program based on your individual business needs. Programs can be presented during the work day, or as a voluntary “lunch and learn” activity.
